  • Buyers have begun to return to the market taking advantage of the affordable supply of homes for sale, low mortgage rates, and the extension and expansion of the home buyer tax credit.  read more

  • Although “old man winter” disrupted just about every business, the 1st quarter of 2010 ended with an increase of 27% in the number of sold properties compared to this time last year. read more
  • Cecil County, MD

  • Despite the disruption in business due to the record area snowfall, the housing market in Cecil County rebounded and ended the 1st quarter of 2010 with an increase of 29% in the number of properties that went under contract compared to this time last year.  read more
  • Southern Chester County, PA

  • Despite the area winter storms, buyers returned to the Southern Chester County market during the 1st quarter of 2010 as new contract activity ended up 26% (40 units) ahead of this time last year.  read more
